Screwed by a crone selling site

Got this email from a player tonight:

I have a massive issue. And hope you can help me asap. I have found a site whom directly told me they are not 3rd party, but they are with you. I have purchased 30 million crone from [site name edited] and they refuse to give me crone. They say their pay pal isn't working, when in fact it is...I first asked them if pay pal is a good way to go about this, and they said yes.

As soon as the payment went through, they denied getting it, after I even forwarded my verification email to them. They told me to make a payment to some random westernunion account which had some random guys name on it, then they would refund my money. This was a no go due to me not getting what I wanted the first time. They won't give me my money back or the crone they owe me. They continue to ignore me, and it is now pissing me off. I have contacted many companies about bank fraud, and have legal parties getting into the issue now. People are using YOUR name to collect money from us.

If you can find it in yourselves to give me the crone that I should have in my account but don't, I will gladly continue to play your games, and buy your services. If not, I drag my massive group of friends to another company for different games. And they are willing to do so. I have had THE WORST customer service tonight, and i'm in no mood to be tossed about any further. Below is the emails to which I made payments. To prove I made them. You can also check that I do not have 30m crone as of now in my account. Thank you for your time. I hope you can change my thoughts about this game, and the poor services I have experienced. So that I may continue with you.

We cannot help him, as purchasing crones from 3rd party sites is not only against our TOS, but it's illegal in this country as well.

Please let this serve as a reminder not to trust 3rd party sites for crone buying or power levelling. These companies are scams, and will often steal your money. Or worse.
