Exp on red mobs and purple mobs.

I know the highest % boost to exp from red mobs is the highest and that there is a reduction in exp from a purple mob.

With this said, does anyone know the modifiers for these 2 types of mobs?

Reason being I was wondering of using wraths of ohns when i'm lvl 20 on lvl 29 mobs do u get more exp than using it when i'm lvl 20 on lvl 9x mobs.
